Implementation of Brake Dyno Design for Small DC Motors

Produced a prototype of an absorption-type dyno utilizing a DC motor for braking, dedicated to measuring the power characteristics of a DC motor with a rated power range of 0-50 W and a torque range of 0.1 – 0.3 Nm.

Gearbox Design

Designed a gearbox capable of transmitting 8 kW power from an input shaft to a parallel output shaft while reducing the rotational speed by 148th fold. The design is as light & compact as possible and is expected to work at least 10,000 h with 95% reliability under 50°C temperature at max.

Power Screw Flap Actuator
Design for Moderate Loads

​Designed a power screw flap actuator with an estimated life of 8 years for 10 hours of operation per day — accommodating 8800 N load at a speed of 10 mm/s.

Design and Implementation of Image Processing Based Automatic Mobile Fire Extinguisher Robot

​Designed and implemented a proof-of-concept mobile fire extinguisher robot that can detect fire via image processing, integrated with an LCD display panel, LED, buzzer, and in-voice command.
